In-Store Return Policy:
For in-store purchases, returns will be honored within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase + will take place in the form of store credit or exchange. All sales are final on sale items, vinyl, perishable goods, apothecary, books + magazines + are not eligible for return or exchange.
*Please note that we do not print paper receipts at our Plaza District location, so unless you choose to have a receipt emailed to you, you will not be eligible for a return.
Online Return Policy:Vintage Items: Due to their delicate nature, all of our vintage goods are final sale.
All Other Goods: We do not offer refunds on all other goods. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will issue a store credit or exchange within 7 days of delivery. The item must be returned in new, unused condition in its original package, with a copy of your receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable + return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All return packages must be insured + shipped via USPS.
All returns must be approved by Bison Shop. Before shipping back your return, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know which item you are returning from which order.
Once we have dropped the order to the carrier, you (the buyer) will assume the risk of loss + title for the merchandise. Bison Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please reach out to your local USPS to remedy.
Oklahoma City In-Store Pickup orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders will not be processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. An email notification will be sent when your order is ready for pick-up.
Items ship via USPS priority mail. Free shipping is offered on all orders over $175.
